New Franchise Applications The Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League is committed to excellence both on and off the field, and we strive to ensure that all of our member franchises meet such a standard in every facet of their organizations. New franchise applicants will be considered at the discretion of the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League Board of Directors.
